1.Ring to confirm you dates are available. Check our price/ accommodation is the one for you.

2.Ask our staff member to "provisionally book the dates. (if you do not have a brochure please ask for one to be sent as this covers booking conditions and the booking form) You will have 5 working days to make the holiday deposit. (£60:00 per week booked + returnable damage deposit). The payment can be made as described below.

3.On receipt of your holiday deposit you will receive by Post or Email you Holiday Confirmation and balance. Check that all is as agreed (If this is NOT the case you must advise us within 48 hours of any discrepancies)

4.On full payment you will receive your Holiday Confirmation and balance showing Total 0:00 ( PAID this is your holiday Voucher.

5.Holiday Vouchers are required on arrival at you chosen location by the reception managers. Please read this voucher it contains important information about your holiday.

On-Line

1.Select your chosen dates and number of Nights, number of Adults, Children, Press "SEARCH"

2.You can Chose from the list of accommodation available, this will include the base price (not additional adults over, any discount applied by us. Your options are to View the details on this accommodation or BOOK.

3.Now you have select an accommodation Press "BOOK"

4.We will need your Name and Address etc please complete ALL boxes.

5.Read Our terms and conditions and tick the box Press "NEXT"

6.Enter the Full names, ages and nationality of all the party. Press "NEXT" (Do you need entry visas?)

7.Select any additional Hire items you may need. At the bottom is a box for addition comments and Special request. Press "NEXT"

8.You balance will now be displayed with ALL costs shown. NOW is the time if you have a special promotional discount to enter in the box provided (Only ne discount can be applied to any holiday) Press SUBMIT to get the discount. You Total to pay will be displayed.

9.Now chose how your booking is to proceed

9a.Provisional Booking held for 10 days for you to make the payment.(note you will get only one reminder the day before your holiday is automatically removed) Payment by this method can be as shown below.

9b.Make Full payment. Follow the instruction. You will need your card details ready.

9c.Confirm your Holiday. Follow the instruction. You will need your card details ready.

9d.We accept the following means of payment.

On completion you will recieve an Email confirmation. Please check that this document is correct.

You can make the following methods of payment.

1.Cash. (Through a Bank to our Account)

2.Cheques. (Made payable to "Altogold Ltd")

3.Bank drafts. (Please advise us of your country of residence)

4.Bank transfer. (Please advise us the currency you are paying in)

5.Debit/Credit card. Remember there will be a small charge for this service.

6.Should your payment method NOT be shown please Email us with you request.

Always remember you must pay a minimum £60:00 per week (£30:00 for 3 days) deposit and full payment within 8 weeks of your holiday
