PAYMENTS BY DEBIT CARD AND CREDIT CARDS: we charge a handling fee of £5.00 per transaction for handling each payment manually. Minimum payment
BOOKING APPLIED FEE: In addition to the holiday cost, you will also be charged a Booking applied fee. This will vary depending on the overall costs normally around 2%. This covers additional charges levied nationally and locally from Eco Taxes to local services and additional services we supply over and above your holiday accommodation etc.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES CHARGES APPLIED: These are services supplied offer and above the normal services. Eg Handling of manual payments, arranging third party or services reservations and details and information. Min per payment or per hour for information collection
Holiday Deposits: We require £100 (100 Eur, 100Chf) per week booked to reserve or secure your holiday Reservation.
WEEKEND BREAKS: Holiday breaks of 4 of less nights Including Friday – Saturday and / or a Sunday will incur additional “Weekend Supplement” per day for the – Friday Saturday and /or Sunday you over night.
BED LINEN FITTING SERVICE fee apply. Between Opening and up to 3rd Saturday in May and second Saturday in September to close there is limited BED LINEN FITTING SERVICE available on request only in advance BED LINEN FITTING SERVICE fees apply per bed.
REFUNDABLE CLEANING / DAMAGE DEPOSIT : arrival at your location there will be an extra refundable Cleaning / Damage Deposit of 100Chf 100€ or £100 Payable in Cash to our staff or by card (card handling charges apply). This is Returned providing left clean, tidy and no damage as you found it.
CHANGE, ALTER, CANCEL HOLIDAYS or LATE PAYMENTS: Should you need to change, alter or Cancel your holiday we make a Admin fee per alteration.
LATE DEPARTURE: Altogold Ltd. Reserve the right to make a charge for “Late departure”, every 30mins after 10am (1000hrs). Charge of 25chf – £20 – 25€ per 30 minutes delayed managers access.
OUT OF HOURS SERVICE CHARGES: Our managers often offer over and above the services required to our Guests through their holiday period. In return respecting their free time is important. Opening hours are normally 08.00(8am) to 09.30(9.30am) and 17.00(5pm) to 1900(7pm). Time can vary subject to managers commitments but from 21.00 (9pm to 08.00(8am) will be clearly out of normal working hours. Requesting or contacting our Managers between 21.00(9pm) to 08.00(8am) for non-life threatening issues will incur a minimum 50Chf services fee for “Out of hours services” paid for on the spot – at the time. Examples where charges will apply Departure Accommodation inspection, or Contacting the manager to locate your holiday home either by phone or waking them up outside of specified hours. Please not contacting the UK office out of normal day time office hour Are included in the Out of hours services terms.
CROSS CHANNEL: When Cross channel is included in the price, It covers 2 adults up to 3 children travelling Dover Calais with P&O Ferries off peak (Off peal = Dover – Calais 1401 to 0600Hrs, Peak Sailing = 0601 to 1400hrs) in a Car 5m long and not higher than 1.8m with all extras. Other times may incur small additional costs unless stated. Once booked in the unlikely event you must cancel their operators levy a charge which will be passed on to the client.
Altogold promote though most media, to meet this criteria bookings made online through these medias the essential Terms and Conditions are slightly different.
The Client / guest after send a booking request to Altogold via any said web media will await the response from Altogold Ltd. Altogold will be required to either confirm or reject the request within 36 hours, after which the booking request shall automatically expire and be cancelled. If / When Confirmation of the Client / Guest’s booking is made it will be subsequently accepted by Altogold Ltd. From this point the Client / Guest has 7 days to accept Our Terms and Conditions (with the Exemptions below.
Collection of Booking funds
Monies will be collected by the Internet – Webvert company in accordance with their terms and conditions.
Bookings cancelled up to 5 weeks before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund (after Altogold ltd Fees have been deducted)
Bookings cancelled up to 2 weeks before the start of the stay will receive a 25% refund (after Altogold ltd Fees have been deducted)
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the start of the stay will not receive a refund
Cancellations must be made by 12 midday GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) on the appropriate day
Guests who Liked our Altogold Facebook page may be entitle to discounts in accordance with Altogold terms and Conditions. “Thank you for visiting our Facebook pages and “Liked” As a thank you should you wish to book with us you can save an extra £20 per week on any holiday with Altogold at Manor farm. Superb and wonderful. Amazing location at prices almost half the cost of any other comparable accomodation.
Located on the banks of Lake Thun, it is just 3kms from Interlaken center and an ideal location to stay if you plan to visit Jungfrau, Kelvin and Trudy were wonderful hosts. Very helpful and a wonderful couple.
Kelvin is a walking book on Switzerland. Ask him anything about Switzerland and he will share a truckload of information. Wont hesitate to go there again.
We were well received, well looked after and the site is just perfect for Interlaken. The free boat rides are brilliant, the free swimming pool is great. What more can I say? We had a great two weeks.508anon
We stayed here for a week at Easter with our 2 children aged 11 and 14. We stayed in the Brienz mobile home with 3 bedrooms, the mobile home was fully equipped and we had a tv and DVD player. Altogold holidays were on hand..Sootsas
We stayed in Altogold for three nights over Easter weekend and really enjoyed it. The cabins were a short 5min walk to the lake, and were clean and quiet. Despite three days of rain, the kitchen heater kept the cabin warm. The campsite store was open every day, there were two cafe/restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and we were offered the use of a barbeque while we were there. There were also plenty of beautiful walking trails, horseriding paths, bikepaths etc along the lake and in the forest. A boat to Thun, on the other side of the lake, leaves from just next to the campground. My kids especially loved the jumpers that always seemed to be drifting overhead. There was too much to see and do in three short days!GlobalNomad17
